With AI and automation, our ways of working is constantly change even our ways of living, hence the need to develop the ability to constantly adjust and adapt. For me it is a mindset, when we develop a mindset that anything can change; we tend to move past Stress it may bring and get excited and inquisitive to learn and evolve. I want to clarify that there will be moments we get tired and feel stressed even with that mindset…however in those times we need to constantly evaluate our mindset to make sure it does not drift from the set goal, which is growth.
