We all know most of this stuff by now, but I have found that there are no more effective, or more knowledgable than those doing the said tasks everyday. That's right the workers. The JSA is the best tool but only if you can truly get the employees involved and to participate in the program 100%. This can't happen with out management not only getting involved 100% but they must truly live it, as one time is all it will take to completely destroy the house of cards. The company can never look the other way because of a deadline or make an exception if so you will lose most of your employees care, no quicker way to make an employee to not give a shit any more.

They are able to combine various layers of data together to literally see the site and its constraints. They are then able to share this visually via the Sensat portal. It is incredibly effective at getting people to understand the risks and how they relate to their project.
