From my experience, we should encourage team members to take and drive initiatives and take decisions Providing them with responsibility is extremely helpful in finding creative solutions , solve complex problems and innovate in pursuit of the Program objectives

As a program manager, you should anticipate and mitigate the risks and issues that may affect the program and project performance, and provide support and resources to the team members to overcome them. You should also resolve any conflicts or disputes among the team members or with other stakeholders, and promote a respectful and constructive dialogue. You should also help the team members cope with stress and uncertainty, and provide them with emotional and psychological support.

In order to effectively address issues in program management, a strategic plan outlining precise initiatives to take is developed. This strategy should include determining the underlying reasons of the problems, putting fixes in place, and keeping an eye on development. Program managers may assure successful program delivery and stakeholder satisfaction by proactively navigating obstacles including scope creep, communication gaps, unclear goals, financial limits, skill deficiencies, and other typical hurdles by confronting challenges head-on.
A fifth way to motivate and inspire team members is to lead by example and model the behaviors and attitudes that you expect from them. One thing that I am sure that motivates and inspires team is - standing by them and standing for them in all circumstances, of course for all right reasons. Actions are modelled by people than words, only way to show people you care for them is to demonstrate.
A sixth way to motivate and inspire team members is to encourage fun and creativity in the work environment. As a program manager, you should create opportunities for the team members to have fun and socialize with each other, such as team-building activities, games, events, or celebrations. You should also foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, where team members can express their creativity and try new things without fear of failure or criticism. You should also appreciate and reward the team members for their creative and innovative solutions and outcomes.
