What do you do if your Manufacturing Operations project has failed?

Finally, document the lessons learned from the failure to avoid similar mistakes in the future.

The problem is that some details of the execution can go unnoticed, leading to simple mistakes that can jeopardize the entire progress of the work. That's why the better prepared you are, the greater your chances of success. So that your project doesn't suffer any setbacks, how about finding out a little more about the mistakes that can't be made?

As falhas e/ou erros operacionais na manufatura acabam sendo algo inerente ao próprio processo que não é infalível. Por isso investimos em melhoria contínua com o objetivo de melhorar o que fazemos, reduzindo as falhas. Dessa forma, quando nos deparamos com as falhas é fundamental identificarmos a CAUSA RAIZ do contrário estaremos apenas corrigindo o problema (FIX) e não resolvendo o problema (SOLVE). Para isso existem várias ferramentas de melhoria continua que permitem entender o que de fato aconteceu (Causa Raiz) e planejarmos ações preventivas, e não corretivas, para não ocorrer novamente no futuro. Esse sempre deve ser o foco do problema: Identificar a Causa Raiz. Do contrário, iremos "enxugar gelo".

Seja humilde para aprender, desaprender e reaprender. Não canso de falar disso. Humildade é a qualidade que nos difere do fracasso do sucesso. Aprender com os erros e reconstruir o trajeto para o sucesso é o que importa. Analise bem onde falhou. Faça uma reflexão profunda e veja os pontos de oportunidade. Lembre-se, em processos de manufatura, haverão projetos que não serão bem-sucedidos, mas aproveite que te deram limões e faça uma limonada.
