Resistance in an earlier stage is natural and should be attained in the proper way with a well trained team for new implemented practices. They should listen to every aspect and problems communicated during the practices of users/colleagues/employees and comes with proper solution. it is always tough for colleagues/employees/users to go out of their comfort to implement new practices. During the introduction of new practices management should demonstrate how it is a win-win situation for both sides. Further proper training and assistance teams should be introduced during training which will help to cross all hurdles in the implementation process. Further there should be review in every interval by listening to every problem and take action
