What do you do if team members are consistently missing project deadlines?

Estoy de acuerdo con identificar las causas del porque el equipo no cumple con los plazos del proyecto ya que me permite realizar posibles estrategias o determinar responsabilidades las cuales son importantes para la continuidad o desarrollo del proyecto, al identificar las causas sabremos el contexto y podemos diseñar estrategias para lograr los objetivos. También es de vital importancia la comunicación interna y conocer el equipo de trabajo, lograr un buen desarrollo de equipo, muchas vez hay factores externos de cada persona que no permiten un buen rendimiento…

If team members are consistently missing project deadlines, I would have an open conversation to understand the root causes, provide coaching and resources as needed, and collaboratively set realistic expectations and accountability measures moving forward. More importantly, I need to check myself as their manager - it's my responsibility to ensure my team delivers on time. If my team under performs it's on me, I'm doing something wrong. Hard to admit it but that's the key to change.
