Stakeholders are called that because there’s something that ties them to the project. Hence, accommodating everyone’s opinion in a transparent and respectful manner sets the right precedence for further deliberations. Secondly, as a sustainability designer, you become a marketer of sustainability standards, while seeking a win-win solution for all parties involved. It’s not straightforward. Sometimes complex. But there’s always that point where compromise and trade-off meets desired outcomes
