In my current shop the product roadmap shared live document have 5 representations for the same version 1) For Execuitive level who are are helicopter view and look at overall timeline, highlight of USP, investments and financial improvement projection 2) For Technical teams who wants deep details for each single stage with high level product requirements and dependencies between projects and launch countries 3) For sales team who wants the short version of 12-18 months of launch to communicate to customers 4) For supply chain team with 24-36 months roadmap for them to understand components dependencies for long term components like electronics. 5) For marketing team to understand the different campaigns needed and dependencies
