What are the deficiencies of this/these owners of the market & what are the deficiencies of their products? What would we have to accomplish/provide to strip away their customers? What we have to accomplish/provide to increase the size of the market?

I have always made a point to pursue avenues on our diagnostics with former employers on overall system level testing, acceptance testing, regression testing, stress level testing, and environmental. After reading Option 2 on Testing Levels and Type, I feel encouraged with a breath of fresh air, that there are those who would take steps to test hardware as comprehensive as this.
