Involving and empowering your team members is another way to build trust and rapport. You need to give them a sense of ownership, autonomy, and influence over their work. You can do this by delegating tasks and responsibilities, soliciting their input and feedback, involving them in decision making, and encouraging them to take initiative and risks. You can also empower them by providing them with the resources, tools, and support they need to succeed. And by trusting them to do their best.
