Understandably, stakeholders can make or break a project. Continuously, the PM must spend effort in listening to what stakeholders want and determine how their needs align with the project’s goals. Whenever there’s conflict, it is not uncommon that the difference stems from the absence of a shared perspective — glass half full or glass half empty. The PM must quickly identify if the apparent difference is one of perspective. It’s thus important to engage stakeholders in openness with a view to letting them see from the perspective of the other. That way, once the analysis of their respective needs on the project is laid bare, they will be more likely to achieve consensus and support a common approach.

Quando estamos fora do problema podemos sim ver a razão ou motivo pelo qual o conflito se iniciou, assim poderemos entender cada lado e de maneira que respeite as opniões, achando assim um demonominador comun entre as partes.

Na minha experiência a comunicação aberta citada no texto é normalmente entendida como confiança, pois quando o receptor recebe a mensagem não possui mais o filtro de verificação ou de dúvida sobre a mensagem recebida. Entretanto, é importante deixar claro e aberto sempre o caminho para o retorno das duvidas que possam haver nas mensagens , o receptor deve ser sempre estimulado a confirmar a mensagem em seu entendimento, sem se sentir constrangido.

Precisamos entender cada lado do conflito, ouvindo atentamente e dando a devida imprtância, assim teremos informações suficientes para discenir sobre a situação e assim achar a melhor solução para ambos os lados!

Cada perspectiva do conflito criam alternativas de resolução, precisamos estar atentos a achar caminhos que os ambos os lados concordam e assim solucionar o problema de maneira logica e que seja benefica para todos envolvidos!

A análise das alternativas é a parte mais importante da resolução de conflitos, uma vez que cada lado tem a sua bem definida, precisamos entender qual utilizar, levando em consideração a satisfação de ambos os lados!

É importante que as decisões sejam tomadas em acordo, porém os itens / assuntos / formas à serem decididos devem ser definidos pelo gestor , entendo que é dele a responsabilidade pela estratégia à ser definida somando as contribuições recebidas.

Aqui ,acredito que o caminho é atuar na execução e medição. Execução continua e mensuração constante são os norteadores para as adequações se necessário.
