El problema más común radica en "Lo que uno espera vs lo que uno recibe vs lo que uno esperaba". Para poder evitar estos problemas, es crucial tener reuniones entre los equipos de QA y Devs en conjunto al Analista Funcional/Product Owner. Definir QUÉ se va a hacer, CÓMO debe funcionar y QUIÉN lo va a ver. Poder definir estos tres puntos, ayuda a ambos equipos a sentar un rumbo fijo al objetivo. Es muy importante que esto quede registrado correctamente en una historia de usuario que cualquiera pueda leer y verificar tanto de manera no funcional como funcional y de regresión. Una reunión exhaustiva puede evitar muchas mini reuniones que consumen tiempo crucial de ambos equipos.

Es crucial poder entender la importancia del otro para poder mejorar en conjunto y poder llegar al objetivo. El equipo de desarrollo no solo codifica, sino que genera un producto que siempre tendrá margen de mejora. El equipo de calidad de software no solo verifica que todo funcione bien, sino que busca aquel error que no se ve de manera superficial, además de dar pie a futuras mejoras y dar un producto mucho mejor de cara al usuario final. Una vez ambos equipos entienden que se compelmentan entre sí, se obtiene un producto de gran calidad y en un menor tiempo.

La retroalimentación es crucial para poder avanzar tanto a nivel equipos como a nivel empresarial. Saber escuchar es importante para mejorar a nivel personal, disminuir errores a futuro y dar un producto con calidad superior. La retro es una ceremonia muy común en un equipo que trabaja con metodología SCRUM y les da la oportunidad de ver qué se hizo y qué se puede mejorar. Lo mejor para el equipo de calidad es mantener un registro de mejoras de los desarrollos vistos para exponerlos en una reunión de mejora continua luego de la finalización de un Sprint. De esta manera, se conversa entre ambos equipos las posibilidades de mejora dentro del producto de una manera positiva.

Bajo mi experiencia, la mejor manera de tener un registro de mejoras es tener un apartado de mejoras donde se registren los desarrollos realizados con posibilidad de mejora con un contexto sobre el mismo. Por dar un ejemplo: "En el desarrollo 123 sobre inicio de sesión, en el caso que un campo esté vacío se puede informar en rojo qué dato falta para poder iniciar sesión ." De esta manera: - Se informa qué desarrollo se habla. - Se da contexto sobre el desarrollo. - Se contextualiza qué caso se puede mejorar. - Se da la sugerencia. Además de dejar registrada en un apartado especial, es importante que se habilite un espacio de conversación cada finalización de sprint para poder ver entre todos las mejoras.

Una gran manera de comprender lo que hace el otro equipo es realizar exposiciones de trabajo para que el otro pueda saber qué hace, cómo lo hace y cuándo lo hace. Para el equipo de QA, exponer cómo crean las pruebas, qué utilizan para crear las pruebas, cómo validan los datos indicados en las historias de usuario, por qué hace la prueba que hacen. Para el equipo de Devs, exponer qué tecnologías utilizan, por qué lo utilizan, qué ventajas les ofrecen esas tecnologías para ser usadas, cómo implementan lo creado con lo existente. Que cada equipo entienda cómo hace las cosas, permite colaborar de mejora manera para lograr el objetivo.

Acredito que realizar reuniões curtas e frequentes para alinhar as expectativas e discutir o progresso, os desafios e as prioridades, ajuda a garantir que todos estejam na mesma página. E incentivar um ambiente harmonioso onde todos se sintam confortáveis para compartilhar feedback e levantar preocupações.
