Voting mechanism with sampler set of niche wider customer base would help with getting closer to the defined & effective option 3. Playing devil's role also helps with the debate of 2 different designs & decision making becomes easier, while digging the ideas 4. A/B testing or Matrix based options helps with facts & figures that makes design decisions smoother, without having to focus much on conflict or confirmation/Cognitive/Authority bias. 5. Social media is key that helps with bias-less feedback
