How do you handle team members who are skeptical about the benefits of transitioning to Agile methodologies?
Transitioning to Agile methodologies can often be met with skepticism, especially from those accustomed to traditional project management approaches. Agile, a set of principles for software development under which requirements and solutions evolve through the collaborative effort of self-organizing and cross-functional teams, promotes adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery, and continual improvement. It's natural for individuals to resist change, but when you understand the value Agile brings and communicate it effectively, you can turn skepticism into collaboration.
