In the CSRD engaging your stakeholders is a must. You need to decide which stakeholders to consult, and in which format (survey, 1-to-1, focus group, ...), to complete your double materiality assessment (DMA). Within your DMA, you decide which topics are material for your company and why, based on internal and external stakeholders' input. This is the basis for an effective sustainability strategy and report. If you don't use technology for this DMA, you'll be wasting a lot of time, which can be spent more productively.
