How can you positively influence the sports industry as a manager?

What I found very useful and difficult to get done is having knowledge and experience within every aspect of improving an athletes brand and possibility of getting them signeded. Player Development, Social Media, Networking, Nutrition, Contract Negotiation, Personal Branding, etc. Though in today's world we should focus on one thing but I would say as an Agent, you need to focus on every criteria to make an Athlete noticeable to a team and getting them a contract to kick start their career/journey.

Ethical Leadership: Lead with integrity and ethics. Uphold the values and principles that the sports industry should stand for, such as fair play, respect, and sportsmanship. Transparency and Accountability: Maintain transparency in decision-making processes and finances. This helps build trust among fans and stakeholders. As a professional athlete who has experienced a variety of management styles, I've learned that flexibility often trumps rigidity.
