Here is a concept nobody really touches on. Trust, honesty, cooperation and collaboration. The contractor construction manager has a very tough job. They were the successful bidder based on information available at the time. They were likely the low bidder and are there to make a profit, they are not charity. In ANY project, there are going to be gaps, errors, omissions, changing conditions, etc., which can cause delays.
