Definir uma meta SMART com um bom descritivo operacional também é fundamental. Assim ao logo do período a equipe é capaz de avaliar o resultado em relação a meta entender os desvios e corrigir rotas podendo utilizar como ferramenta um bom Kanban e evoluido o sistema. Ou um plano tradicional do tipo 5W2H.
