I believe that the apparent disagreement between Agile and Lean is linked to a misunderstanding of the differences between the concepts and principles with tools of the two methodologies. I observe Agile practices that could be more efficient if they delved deeper into Lean concepts and vice versa. Each project and business should have its own work structure that optimizes concepts, principles, and tools for its particular scenario
