What was the average rating on public reviews of your project? Did the project stay on budget? How quickly were issues resolved? By using key performance indicators and data to support your achievements, you make a compelling case for your value. Prove you can solve problems effectively and show that you could do even better with the tools and responsibilities that come with promotions. Always aim for upward trajectory in your work, career, and value to your organization and stakeholders.
