Establish regular check-ins and be open about program goals and progress. Encourage your team to share their thoughts and concerns, and make sure to address them promptly. Trust is the foundation of effective collaboration, and once established, it can greatly enhance team dynamics and program outcomes.

First, constant communication is key. We use MS Teams and chat to stay informed, and have regular check-ins to feel connected. Here’s what I’ve done to address this challenge: -Established time for virtual team-building activities, such as online games and themed video calls. -Scheduled "virtual coffee breaks" to encourage the kinds of informal interactions one would typically have around the water cooler. -Encourage peer recognition program to boost morale. -Clearly discuss team values and goals during virtual workshops. -Model honest, open communication though virtual chats & meetings while owning challenges and mistakes in order to encourage similar communication among team members.
