In my experience best way to take criticism is not to take that too personal. A negative feedback does not necessarily means you are bad at something, it only means there is room to improve. So keep a cool head and view at the feedback from a third person view which will help you to realize what the feedback is all about.

Long time ago, someone said to me: If you're getting negative feedback - be thankful. It means the person actually cares about you, is aware of your potential and is looking forward to your growth. I would be worried if I didn't receive any negative feedback at all - very often than not, it means a lay off. So, with experience, I've learned to not be emotional when receiving negative feedback. Instead, I rewired my brain to use it as a way to improve.

Personally speaking, whoever criticizes us is our teachers and they are volunteering for us to handle the situation better. In case of feedback, they are also an unsung mentor for us who shows us how to improve the procedure or any process. And When I was in school as a student I never got upset at my teacher or mentor so stay calm.

Most, but admittedly not all, managers and co-workers don't intend to erode the effectiveness of a colleague. Sometimes they are not as tactful as they might have been. Take the criticism as an opportunity and not as an attack. Use it to forge stronger alliances in your team and move ahead.

Ser um bom ouvinte é essencial para o bom andamento das expectativas, entretanto percebo que quando se trata muitas vezes de um desenvolvedor senior e um menos experiênte, quem tem mais experiência acredita que discursar e explicar toda a lógica de um programa vai ajudar á um menos experiente entender ou até sintetizar tudo, entretanto não é assim que funciona. O que mais vejo são profissionais experientes com muito a falar e nada para ouvir.

Algo que aprendi recentemente, e não tenho vergonha de assumir, é que apesar das diferenças de entendimento entre um usuário e um programador, temos o viés de olhar mais para o lado técnico ao invés de nos colocarmos no lugar do outro. Não gosto de ser interrompido pois atrapalha o meu raciocínio, então, porque interromper o que o usuário está me reportando? Aprendi a sugerir melhorias para o usuário, sem que ele perca a essência de ter dado a ideia. Algo como: "Cara que fantástico, não tinha pensado deste lado. Parabéns pela sua ideia! Se a gente colocar algo dessa forma acho que a sua ideia vai ficar melhor ainda!".

A Escuta Ativa abre espaço para um diálogo construtivo, onde ambas as partes se sentem acolhidas e respeitadas. Essa postura contribui para um ambiente positivo, onde o feedback é visto como uma ferramenta de desenvolvimento mútuo.

Ao meu ver, depende muito do contexto em que se está inserido, mas vendo de uma forma genérica, acredito que o melhor a se fazer é adotar uma postura que conserve sua reputação, aceitar a critica se ela for construtiva e avaliar calmamente o que você pode melhorar ou mudar, dentro desse cenário. Além disso, adotar uma postura emocional ou aversiva só demonstra falta de maturidade e descontrole emocional, independente de qualquer situação, esse caminho sempre será prejudicial, há sempre forma uma forma respeitosa de se comunicar.

According to me one should follow the process of feedback, because in feedback suggest various kinds of improvement and positive and negative traits of a person. Which will help us to improve our skill set and growth in career.
