Trust, a very strong 5 letter word but once it’s broken then takes ages to build it. Creating a work environment where our colleagues trust each other and the leaders are the place which will thrive. We all should create that trust in our colleagues which in fact make them honest, support team members and others, self-motivated, having a happy, soul, healthy body and being productive. 😊

This is very important. At least some among us have a thought process that only experienced people will have better ideas/thoughts. Why not freshers or interns? They do have ideas but in this world no one wants to listen to them because we all believe they don’t know anything or have no experience. In fact they live in a world of automation, AI, ML etc.. so definitely more exposure than millennials or Gen X. Whether it’s morning meeting, a training or a brainstorming session, give opportunity to everyone to contribute to the topic, appreciate the thoughts and perhaps put it in to practice if it’s sustainable and feasible. By this we would create a more positive and productive workforce in the workplace. 😊
