Building trust isn’t easy. However, I’ll unlock a secret for you. There are four Cs I like to say you must have an order to unlock trust. They are: Character, chemistry, competence, and credibility. Some of us are more natural at a few of those. I personally unlock chemistry immediately, and my character follows. I have to prepare and make sure that my competence and my customize solution brings credibility to my client or the person wanting to have a transaction with me. What about you?
