Hace algunos años creamos un grupo de inclusión que comenzó siendo exclusivo para mujeres donde tratábamos diversos temas: vida personal vs vida laboral para las mujeres, cómo es ser mujer dentro de una fábrica, salud femenina, etc. Después nos dimos cuenta que era un problema si sólo las mujeres hablábamos de inclusión, y el grupo se abrió a toda la fábrica, donde una vez al mes nos reuníamos 2 o 3 horas a hablar sobre temas diversos como prejuicios dentro del trabajo, la vida personal y la vida laboral, los distintos perfiles, la experiencia de los extranjeros dentro de la fábrica y el país, etc. Lo que en su momento comenzó como un grupo sólo para mujeres, se convirtió en un equipo diverso hablando y expresándose en un espacio seguro.
