When I started as a Lean Six Sigma project manager, I don’t have any idea about this stakeholder analysis and management. There was a time that I have been stuck with a high impact project that we have and my director called me to a meeting. She asked me about the roadblocks that the team is facing and told her that this is about a director who has been hesitant in approving parts of the project. My director introduced me the tools stakeholder analysis and management and taught me how it can be used to better manage my projects. From that point, I was able to apply identifying stakeholders, addressing their needs, and utilizing best practices in making my projects successful.
