I agree. I use visual tools alot for brainstorming, retrospectives and collaborative meetings. These tools go a long way especially in a remote environment. It gives everyone the opportunity to contribute and visualise their ideas which often help to boost creativity. It feels so much better when you can actually put what's in your brain on a whiteboard.

Getting feedback and acting on it will only lead to continuous improvement. Feedback from customer or end users which help to improve the product/software whereas the feedback from team members including internal stakeholders will help to improve the process of delivering the software or product. Feedback can be from sprint reviews, retrospectives, or user interviews. Having short feedback loop and adapting to those will help in delivering better software

Creativity comes from the team spirit. When the group becomes a true team that is operating without the leader then the creativity is expanding. People create new ideas, solve issues when the free flow of informations, communication between team members rises spontaneously. Somebody said: people create more ideas during core breaks than during regular meetings. The key reason for that is: during coffee breaks nobody cares about what the leader is doing:)
