It is worth remembering that all sources tend to be biased. Anything put out by the organisation will be in their favour and following a directive. Usually employee comments on the internet (glass door etc) like most 'surveys' tend to be filled out by people who like to vent when upset rather than praise when happy. Its a case of taking all the information you can and applying some matching logic - if all sources say the same thing its probably accurate. If the sources dont match - handle with care. If the source seems to be a direct copy of others in the industry (vision, mission statements etc) then probably discard. You will never really know until you enter and develop your own personal relationship with the organisation.
