In my experience, All different activities being worked by any ERP project team needs to be tracked and then communicated regularly atleast once in a week to all stakeholders. This could be done as part of Weekly Touchbase calls with all stakeholders ranging from project team, client teams and business function managers. The same Weekly call could also be utilised to discover new items which may need to be picked up by the ERP project team in upcoming months. Once new scope is discovered, project team manager/lead can divide the new scope into different skill-based work item. These work items can be then further planned and distributed among the project team members.
