Additionally, scheduled interaction sessions between teams must be planned meticulously and followed precisely, aligning with the principles of lean manufacturing to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

The answer to the question of coordinating (I would describe more precisely as "synchronizing" ) production plans, schedules and execution is very difficult for a very simple reason. The language of production plans are arrays of volume over time periods (buckets). Think of a spreadsheet but spreadsheets that are with volumes be consumed and replenished. In our practice we describe strong need for "quantitative collaboration" where these data arrays, forecast, MPS, consumption can be netted and synchronized with appropriate enablers. Unfortunately, big tech only provides qualitative collaboration tools not data and especially not array based data. So recognize the deficiency and use what you have to keep in sync

Goals, forms of control, and work methods must be clear. Interaction moments between teams must be scheduled and followed to the letter.

Transfer the shopfloor management approach also to the admin functions. Implement daily stand-ups that are brief and clear. A possible agenda could be as follows: 1. check-in ( changing individual questions per week) 2. objective status 3. current status 4. deviations and countermeasures 5. support 6. general comments/improvements etc. 7. check-out (how was the stand-up, general suggestions for improvement) Important: Analogy to the iceberg model: Like the peak of the iceberg, the stand-up meeting is visible. But there is actually more to it: Transparency, trust, dealing with deviations, etc.
