This has helped me quite a bit. Especially coding in Visual Basic to write API's for other programs or automations within Microsoft Excel to save time and be more effecient.

I am a hard believer in delegating. I say this because in my personal experience, finding an expert on electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical components, all in one, is very hard. Obviously, you need to have knowledge on how all systems work, but for fixing specific problems, I would recommend getting assistance from a real expert. For industrial maintenance it's better to have all four experts on your team.
