Utilizar lo que el Gerente proporciona. Utilizar lo que la empresa proporciona. Utilizar otros métodos sofisticados. Pero muy importante utilizar el Benchmarking dinámico en el tiempo para que nuestro proyectos siempre tengan metas a corto y mediano plazo, y poder ver su desempeño de mejora a lo largo del tiempo. Many company executives still believe that Lean as well as Advanced Manufacturing Technologies AMTs are expensive investments but the truth is Lean and AMT implementation actually reduce manufacturing costs. I work in the fashion, textiles and garment manufacturing industry and there is so much resistance to digital transformation and the adoption of advanced technologies such as Lean, Agile and TQM manufacturing. Many apparel producers still rely on traditional, highly unsustainable manufacturing methods. Depending on the financial and human resources of the firm, both Lean and AMTs can be introduced over time.

There needs to be a cultural change in order to sustain the gains. This can be achieved by through continuous trainings, recognitions and awarding the people who are best at sustaining. Although, all other activities have been completed, trainings need to be continuous to sustain the gains
