Primeramente no lo llamaria sistemas de apoyo, sino capacitación constante, si al empleado le das las herramientas y permitis ciertas condiciones que no lo afecten podes sacar mejores lideres, que van a usar los mismos metodos de enseñanza y ademas permite que se renueven las personas en los puestos laborales por puestos de mayores competencias, garantiza salir de la zona de confort.
