Their capabilities to lead and how can I learn and grow? Likewise, for other sr.roles as well. Instant gratification or overnight success wouldn’t work here. It’s a long-term process and one must invest time to imbibe learnings, have patience and grit with continuous focus. In a nutshell, immersing to learn E2E business..From hiring, onboarding, training, P&L, Clients, Critical checks, day-to-day Service delivery, value quotient, Etc.. Seeking feedback and having right mentor who not just experienced, but also willing to share his/her time, knowledge and guidance is important.
