For me, the most important thing to achieve a balance between my personal and professional life is to establish limits between both. It's very important to have a work schedule to give 100% of ourselves during that time. If we do that, afterwards we can stop and dedicate ourselves to our personal life completely, because we can be sure that we have done the right thing and we will have a clear mind. If we telework, it's essential to differentiate the place where we work from the rest of the house (as far as possible). This will help us to disconnect once we finish our day and we will also be able to avoid interruptions during working hours.
