Use this self-assessment to create a target list of specific job titles, companies, and industries to focus your research efforts. ▫️Conduct Thorough Industry Research Dive into analyzing the current trends, challenges, and opportunities within your target industries. Understanding the macroeconomic forces shaping these sectors will help you speak knowledgeably about the landscape during interviews.

Keep on networking as much as you can. Use social media platforms effectively to market yourself. Make new friends and your connections will find you a way at some point if you are stuck. The shift in job search is moving slowly from application level to reference level. So network accordingly

If you are finding yourself jealous of others or comparing yourself, you may be in a "lacking" energy - feeling like you are lacking what others have. In order to receive the gifts and blessings of the Universe, we need to be in a genuine state of gratitude. While we are wanting to be where someone else is, someone else is praying to be where we are. Being grateful will rid your energy of jealously and can help clear the way for you. Additionally, if we find ourselves in a pattern of feeling jealous about the same quality in others - it means that you also posses this quality and need to step up your game to achieve it.
