This might feel productive, but it's a recipe for burnout and missed opportunities. Before diving in, hit pause and prioritize: Urgent & Important: Do these NOW. Important, Not Urgent: Schedule time for these. Urgent, Not Important: Delegate if possible. Not Urgent, Not Important: Ditch 'em! Focus on the big picture and play the long game, nothing is ever as important as you think.

In my experience, using the Eisenhower Matrix to prioritize helps immensely. 1. Quadrant 1 - Urgent and Important - This solves crises, pressing problems, and immediate deadlines. It is essential to align these with your long-term strategy. 2. Q2 - Important not urgent - This can be planned and scheduled. 3. Q3 - Urgent not important - Delegate these tasks to someone else who can do them. 4. Q4 - Not urgent not important - Eliminate these from your list. It’s so key to know everyone’s skill set and capacity so that an executable plan can be achieved. Delegating is not negative it’s the opposite. You have to trust those around you and be strategic in what and how you delegate.
