I actually wanted to do a longer ride, the weather was OK apart from the strong headwind and the lack of forecast 🌞. Wet forest paths were a bit difficult to ride. The main thing was to get out in the fresh air again.

Took advantage of the great weather again and definitely went to the Nagold Valley. Unfortunately the cycle path from Emmingen to Wildberg was closed due to forestry work.

With 2 good friends today, in beautiful weather, lots of sun, we went on a tour through the autumnal Waldach and Zinsbach valleys. We did our EKS at the Letscher fishing park and ate some great trout. My friends Jürgen and Helmut accompanied us to the train station in Hochdorf.

After an hour of Thai massage, a good lunch, a lovely tour with my friend Franz, via Poltringen up to the Schönbuchtrauf, cycling along the top of a narrow, undulating and heavily rooted path, down to Herrenberg. In the Schönbuch it is already autumn with colourful leaves. On the way home we experienced a beautiful sunset.
I just wanted to get my tired limbs moving again and start with an easier tour. There was still a lot of ice in the Rommelstal, some of it not visible as it was covered with melt water. I pointed this out to two young cyclists who were on their way downhill.
