Rennrad, Gravelbike, Mountainbike, Fahrrad, Klapprad je nach Einsatz alle Bio. Laufen , wandern Stand Up padelling etc. egal Hauptsache draußen und bewegen. Ziele gibt es nach 2022 mit 10.000 Kilometern und 100.000 Höhenmeter keine, da ich die ersten drei Monate extrem durch einen Hexenschuss gehemmt war und im Juni ein Innenbandriss am Knie dazukam. Ich freu mich auf alles was kommt 🥰👍.
