Very nice circuit - 95% fields and a small gravel section, which you could also ride on the road bike. 🤩

Today I set off alone again. I didn't know how I was going to manage the tour and on Friday my knee hurt quite badly. I think it was the right decision. I took lots of breaks and was able to ride at my own pace.

After driving over the motorway bridge today, I'm glad that I don't have to drive on the motorway very often.
The bridge near the Panzerkaserne is necessary, I had to wait a long time before I could cross the road.
I finally ran out of breath today. I missed lunch after all 🙄
