Started well up to about 24 km at a 5:15 pace on what was actually a very easy course. Then I slowed down a bit over 25 km because of a brutal headwind 💨. Very power-intensive. 😮💨 From 30 km onwards the muscle in my left thigh started to get tighter and tighter. The last 5 km was just a slow jog…
