After a brief consideration, we headed for the Fichtelberg. Today there was almost no wind up there, and the temperatures were very pleasant.
I would have liked to have gone on a bike ride up here, but it was freezing cold down in the valley early in the morning. That's why we chose the quicker and shorter option.
