I definitely have to rework the route again. The section through the town with the floodplain forest and along the stadium is completely unusable. My poor racing bike looks like that. There are far too many federal highways with lots of traffic and you spend ages standing at traffic lights, and I wonder…
Simply skip the Cossi and head north from Lake Markkleeberg through the town.
