With plenty of headwind, we rolled along the coast on the 🚲🛣️ through the dunes towards the "Hoek van Holland". The wide entrance to the port of Rotterdam is gigantic with countless canals, side arms and ships.

Short walk through Delft, a canal-lined city with many historic buildings.

Short morning ride along the North Sea coast.

It rolled on the best 🚲🛣️ through the dunes to the Meijendel nature reserve. Meijendel is the largest contiguous dune area in South Holland. On the way back through The Hague we caught a nice downpour.

Today we went sightseeing through tourist-filled Amsterdam.

We parked in the Q-Park Central for 40€ 🫣.

First we went by 🚤 over the canals through the center with quite interesting insights into the culture and present of the city.

After that we meandered through the alleys along the canals to 🥾 and captured… saber mais

Family trip to Scheveningen. We rolled comfortably through the nature reserve of the Kijkduin <-> Scheveningen dune landscape. The beach was built up with countless beach bars, which gave it a bit of a Mallorca feel, especially the € prices fit quite well 😅. The "pier" has some charm from the 70s, the… saber mais

Today we rolled to Rotterdam in temperatures of up to 29 degrees 🌡️. Of the 106km, 103km felt like they were pure cycle paths. Holland did it right 30 years ago and ushered in a transport revolution for 🚲 and not for 🚗.

It's really fun to cycle here, even in a big city like Rotterdam it was easy 👍🏻.

After the nightcap drink on the beach, my feet started to itch again. This meant that the calories I had consumed from dinner could be burned straight away 🔥.

Quick lap along the coast and back through the towns.

After the rain shower in the morning, the sun only appeared very occasionally, which is why the photos are not the best.

Nevertheless, a nice 75-minute tour on a larger ship.

Hike through the Ganzenhoek nature reserve.

During the cycle tour komoot.com/de-de/tour/1724337574 I saw a few wild horses grazing in the area.

But unfortunately they hid during our hike. But we did see a few cows and a fox, well at least 😎.

Final trip to the Oosterschelde barrier.

It's gigantic what the Dutch have built in the sea here.

There were also a few bridges and dams, which are named in the pictures.

Bombastic cycle paths on mass. The cars get red when the wheels come rolling, first traffic light with red after 45km, it's really fun to roll around here :-)

Today we wanted to head for Flevoland and Zwolle in the Oberijessel region.

Rolling past the Defqon.1 site, an employee even gave us access to a few 📸 & 🤳 to 🔫.

We then rolled past weird 🪨 to Elburg, where we allowed ourselves a break with a light 🍺.

It continued along the Drontermeer over dams and… saber mais

Day 3 of the 🇳🇱 expedition took us to the pyramid of Austerlitz today. The journey took us over well-known bike paths and dams to Ammersfoort. From then on we always drove paved forest paths to the pyramid.

After a few 📸 & 🤳 we went back to Amersfoort, for a piece 🍰 to strengthen 🤤

On the last day of the 🇳🇱 exploration, we wanted to drive the Leystad <28km> Enkhuizen & Almere <15km> Lelystad dams.

I drove from the hotel to the meeting point in Lelystad, where Heiko parked his car and got on the 🚲.
