Kristalbad: área de retenção de água e nova natureza

The Kristalbad is a water storage, water treatment and recreation area on the border of the municipalities of Hengelo and Enschede. The area is named after the swimming pool of that name, which was previously located at the “de Zwaaikom” campsite on the Twentekanaal.

Here you can see a lot of water birds and dragonflies. The bank vegetation is also interesting.

Nice to take a look, even with children. With two viewing towers and floating decking, it is a nice tour to make while looking at all that lives in this water area.
