Mandichosee

If you don't want to drive on the highway-like, wide, gravel path, which is about 100m next to the Lech, starting from the Kuhsee to the Mandlichosee, which is also called barrage 23 in Voksmund, you should choose the parallel path directly on the Lech, upstream on the left. It is passable without any problems if it is from the so-called Autobahn 'is approached after passing the Kuhsee. If you drive after the weir (Hochablass) on the already existing small path you have to overcome a stream and it is not at ground level and only suitable for experienced people.

At the northern end of Lake Mandicho: barrage with power plant. This is where the Lech run towards Augsburg begins. The next crossing of the Lech is only possible in Augsburg at the Kuhsee.
