15 minutes by cable car up to the local mountain at around 1100m. At the top there is a hotel, a mini golf course, a paintball area and stuff like that. Not really very nice. Those who like nature and less fun activities can save themselves the trip.

Korca doesn't really have much to offer. You don't have to visit it. In any case, there is a high concentration of Mercedes here. Albanian men drive BIG. So either a lot of people here earn a lot of money or there are other options.

Nice little seaside resort with lots of restaurants. You can eat good fish and seafood here. Now in October the season is over and it is wonderfully relaxed.

The ruined city of Butrint is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There are a lot of historical buildings to see. They were all here: Romans, Greeks, Ottomans...

Unfortunately, the mosaic that is advertised in every travel guide cannot be seen. It is apparently only covered once a year.

No, we didn't walk on the water, but took a little trip in a boat. Then we went back to the church of Sveti Periblos, with its unique frescoes: a must-see. We went back through the Turkish quarter.

In the Holy Mother of God monastery, which is run by four nuns, traditional robes are sewn for the heads of the Orthodox Church worldwide. A nun with IT skills programs the computer-controlled sewing machines. Sewing is also done by hand.

Lake Skadar or Lake Skutari (Montenegrin: Skadarsko Jezero) is known for its abundance of fish (including pike, carp, salmon trout) and its huge bird populations.

A nice place with a small old town in the Ottoman style. Fully developed for tourism. The houses that house shops have been renovated. There are others too. A castle that can be visited towers over the town. In the town you can also see the inside of an old Ottoman house.

In the Middle Ages, Budva was called Stari Grad. Most of the architecture in the old town is of Venetian origin. Doors, windows, balconies and many other small but striking things are in the Roman style of the Venetian Republic. Only the old town center is really beautiful. Tirana is the only real big city in Albania. Formerly a market niche on a caravan route, it was only chosen as the capital in 1920 and confirmed in 1925. For this reason, there are not many historical buildings to be found.

Today, the weather in Skopje was better. A lovely walk from the castle down to Mother Theresa. On the way, we visited the very impressive church of Sveti Spas with its impressive iconostasis and walked through the old bazaar. You have to deduct 1km. I turned it off too late.
