When Slow Cycling in west Luxembourg, the bicycle is more than just a means of transport – it enables unforgettable experiences for the whole family. Our Slow Cycling Tours take you to Guttland’s scenic and cultural highlights. At a purposefully relaxed pace, you’ll discover the picturesque landscapes, allowing you to properly appreciate the region and engage all your senses.
On former railway lines, you’ll ride through historic tunnels, deep gorges and fragrant forests. On quiet side roads, you’ll travel alongside narrow streams, through wide fields and to charming villages, full of history. Guttland is renowned for its impressive castles and palaces, bursting with fairytale character and architectural splendour. You can delve even deeper into the region’s history at the Gallo-Roman excavation sites along the way.
All the Tours are loops that start in either Useldange or Kleinbettingen. While the routes are suitable for the whole family, the gentle, hilly landscape provides a few ups and downs. It’s always easy to bypass the sharper climbs to suit your party or mood. You can also continue your journey into neighbouring Belgium, should you wish.
