Great route and found a great hiking buddy with Michael, so it almost flew over the route, including great conversations.



The VPS were great so far, even if the energy bars or gels were only available on allocation...exactly 1 👍🏻

At the hotel we first noticed that the hiking boots had been forgotten at home... so we went around with normal sports shoes... unfortunately a disadvantage, as muddy paths were constant companions 😅

Mammutmarsch had invited us to Berlin, we couldn't miss that. 🦣🦣🦣



At 10:20 sharp we set off on the run together with many other mammoths.

We passed lots of greenery, but also great sights. 📸

All the helpers and organizers were in a great mood, the food was great (before the start there was coffee and cake, and at the finish there was bratwurst and beer 🍺) and the route was also great, beautiful route and first-class markings...what… czytaj dalej

Even though it rained at the beginning, the tour today was much nicer than yesterday.



There was so much to discover and always great views. 😃

The detours to the Huguenot Tower and the Skywalk were also worthwhile, the few meters off the Weserberglandweg were a must 😉

Today we went from Osterode over the Brocken to Drei Annen Hohne, today's destination.



I was very lucky with the weather and the tour was a lot of fun.

Due to high water, the hiking trail between Neuwerk and Wendefurth was no longer available, so it was necessary to avoid the whole thing...

Today was super exhausting, the weather of the last few days has turned the mega beautiful hiking trail into a real mud fight.

I was standing ankle-deep in the brown soup several times, streams turned into raging torrents, bridges and paths were simply washed away...

Was able to improve my "best time" by 17 minutes (last 50's 7h38min), I'm super satisfied...or mega?!? ^^



Everything was well organized ;-P , BUT Fuchs' idiot forgot the gherkins at home :-(

Otherwise, the Dortmund Mammutmarsch was OK, some nice views and great VPS this time 👍🏻(much better than in Berlin at the 100'er)



I don't think I'll do it again, if I do it then it will be spontaneous.
