I couldn't resist taking a tour of this pleasant town before leaving. This time I took in a stretch of residential area to soak up the local atmosphere. This is a nice varied walk with beautiful views, countless olive trees, colourful scenery and, at the end, a beautiful village. During our visit, there were many local tourists walking around as it was a public holiday. There are nice terraces and restaurants in several places. Park preferably outside… czytaj dalej

Walk from the small village of El Burgo. You walk past the (small) reservoirs that unfortunately receive a slightly insufficient water supply, especially the highest ones. Walk to the largest vulture colonies in Andalusia. The path there is not very fascinating. It is a wide road over which cars drive regularly (dust!). The vulture colony is very impressive. Our first walk through beautiful Ronda. How beautiful this city is. It is surrounded by beautiful mountains where you can do great hiking.

Pleasant walk along the reservoir of the quaint town of Zahara. There are many viewpoints during the walk. In Zahara, there are nice terraces everywhere. The water in the reservoir is very low, evidence of little rainfall in recent years. The hike is highly recommended

This is an extremely special hiking spot because of the bizarre rock formations, great views, beautiful vegetation and the many fosils found in the rocks. Put on good shoes as there is occasional climbing to do. You can extend the hike as you wish. The place is highly recommended

Day tour of the city. Bicycles can be rented anywhere and is not expensive and is a good alternative to walking when it is very hot

Plaza de Espagna and the park around it are great for hanging out. When the weather is nice, there is music everywhere.

Tour of the old town, past 1 of the city's best tapas bars, along the river and artwork. The tour is highly recommended. There are neat bike paths everywhere. Please note that cycling through the city is not allowed everywhere during the day.

This walk is highly recommended. You do have to consider the temperature and it is a lot of ascending and descending but you get something in return. The views during the hike are breathtaking. We could see Gibraltar and mountains in Marocco.

In the city, there were festivities in many places. In front of the cathedral, there was a beautiful opera performance and in one of the main streets, 2 ladies danced on stilts. The ladies on stilts were the most spectacular- very impressive

Malaga, a surprisingly fun and relaxed city with a pleasant atmosphere. Only in the city centre and at the beach is it busy but outside it is pretty quiet. There are countless nice terraces that almost give you choice stress
